I requested a mattress from Cymax in July, they charged me $1899.00 for this. I eventually obtained shipping at the conclusion of September to locate the headboard was broken. They again delivered another headboard 6 months later which was the incorrect end, and broken likewise. The Next headboard came the finish of Sept and in addition it was broken. At that time I required that I needed to come back the entire mattress. They'd not allow me. I really could just return the broken headboard.
In Novemeber they provided me a $863.00 reimbursement on the mattress I never obtained.
The corporation ought to be released of company. It's an overall total ripoff towards the customer and being that they are in Vancouver Canada BUYER BEWARE.
