False Advertising

In April, I ordered the Flash Cannon 430ex II. They would always respond that they were on back order. I have called them and every time their answer is that it will be three weeks for me to receive the item. Three weeks go by and no item is received. The first time I called them they offered me to purchase another more expensive item instead of the item I purchased. Claiming it was better and I would not have to wait. I refused and said I would wait for my item. It has been 9 weeks and I call again; and again they say three weeks. Last time I called they were very rude and would not give me a clear answer as to when I will receive the Flash Cannon 430ex II. They offered the lowest price, but the item is never shipped. My concern is that this company may be advertising items and prices that are false and leads to question the validity of this company.
