I ordered the sidesocket plug on 2/22. I received it several weeks later. It is not the item adwertised on TV. Throughout the entire commercial they show a plug with a surge protector. Even when the price is posted right next to the item it has a surge protector. The items I received have no protector. When I called to see why I did not receive the one in the ad they told me it was an upgraded one and if I wanted that it was $20.00 each. I saw not indication of that in the ad. When I said this was not as asvertised and I wanted to return them, I was told I had to pay for shipping. I beleive this is false advertising and since I did not receive the item shown I should either get that item or return it to them at no charge. I did not receive a packing slip.
