Ilovethatdvd.com, NovaRose ripoff, false advertising, failed to deliver product, over-charge for products

On December 26th, I submitted a large online order for several DVD packages featured on the Web site, ilovethatdvd.com. Their Web site boasted that all orders ship within 48 hours. I had to wait several weeks and then only received a PARTIAL delivery of the items I ordered. Another item priced at $225 was NOT received. When I inquired the first time, I was told it would be coming shortly. Well, weeks went by, and I finally complained to customer service. I received an indignant reply, telling me I had no right to complain, and that I should shop elsewhere in the future. Following this, I received another e-mail, stating that the item had been shipped. This was on January 26th. It is now February 8th and I have received NOTHING! The item was supposedly sent priority mail, but when I entered the tracking number on the U.S. Postal Web site, I was told that the item was never shipped. I have tried contacting them by e-mail and RECEIVE NO RESPONSE! Yesterday, I tried calling them all day and the LINE WAS CONTINUALLY BUSY ALL DAY! I have contacted my bank and am disputing the portion of the charge that I did not receive, $225.00.

This company makes false promises and has treated me rudely and irresponsibly. Not only that, I found the same DVD's on another Web site FOR HALF THE PRICE!!!

Do yourself a BIG favor and think twice before you order any DVD's from I Love That DVD. They charge you up front and then make you wait, and wait, and wait—It's well over a month and I still have not received the items for which I was charged. This is not a good place to buy dvd's or anything else for that matter.
