No communcation, no delivery, rude customer service

This company took my money but never delivered my order. They were rude, and non-cooperative. When I called them out on the time line - over a month since I placed my order - they did not respond. Then, when I inquired again, they informed me that my order had been canceled. What the heck?

Rude, non-cooperative and bad service. Just don't bother.
