I ordered golf clubs but never heard anything from the company in three weeks. Called the order line and the person told me not to bother him as this was "the order line, " and referred me to the email for customer service. Emailed customer service three times—no response after two weeks. Called the order line again, got answer machine for the next three days.

Finally someone answered the order line on day four. He told me that my order was going to be cancelled because I asked him not to hang up on me. He was rude, punitive, abrasive, and just plain mean. He wanted to punish me for bothering him about an order. Never, never do business with this company. You will never get your order. There is no customer service, just customer abuse.
