Bad Customer Service, horrible account maintenance, rude csr Calpella

Order was placed and then canceled. The company never canceled the order and it was shipped to me next day ($70.00 in shipping charges). The lady that is the ONLY customer service rep and also the manager refused to send a return shipping label and was just rude all the way around. We do not want the product and want a full refund including all of the shipping charges (70.00) and she only offered the difference between ground shipping and the next day shipping that I paid for. They also have a unsatisfactory report with the BBB.
