The original order was placed on 1-22-12. I ordered $2,279.92 worth of electronics for my work. I called them about a week later to inquire about delivery dates. They said because of the holidays the components that I ordered were over sold but I could expect delivery in 2 and a half to 3 weeks. I e-mailed them on or about 2-14-12 and they were quite rude in saying that "THEY" said 3-4 weeks and the components again were over sold during the holidays. Once again I e-mailed them, told them how without my equipment I was loosing money and if the equipment could not be delivered by 2-17-12, I would expect a refund and I would purchase my equipment elsewhere. Jeff told me in an e-mail that they could not deliver by their time lines and the order would be canceled. I have called twice since then to get a refund. They will not respond to my e-mails and the phone calls are directed to Jeff and he can be as rude as anyone. I would appreciate any help you could render. Thank you. Dallas Parke
