Bought a Cordless Phone battery, talked to some consultant about the 28th of July, we offered her our battery and he or she informed us could it be a AT&T telephone or another distinct manufacturer. My partner stated, we think it is the different brand, but, if we bought the wrong battery, we'd return it for that AT&T brand. Two nights later I returned towards the shop and talked towards the Sr. Manger, TJ Grizzelle, he questioned me, what did I want, I told him, I required to switch this battery for that AT&T and never that one. He questioned easily introduced my phone-in, I said no. Then you definitely observe he was getting upset, therefore rapidly, he then stated, nicely we've a batteries. I recognize this, but, it did not start on me the woman which was waiting on-US two nights before, never offered us our previous player back. She was so good and stated it'dnot be considered a difficulty to change them out, then I understand this Supervisor, that did not have any customer support. I expected him why was he being so flippant, what's his issue. He kept showing me he's just individual! You work-in a that does not possess the courtesy, but, "NO" customer support. I really could he have the ability to assist any client for instance. He was a "IDIOT"! I'll never move into that shop of course if had the most popular courtesy and paid attention to what I had been informing him he'd of provided me the best battery. But, alternatively TJ GRIZZELLE didn't haven't customer support, (I wont actually contact him a Sr. Manager, since he's a lot more like a worker, he's too much to find out about ways, professionalism, and frequent courtesy

For anybody that's scanning this... Poor customer support in the Cypress Community Shop Heart in Ruskin. No body ought to be flippant when requesting a, particularly when you've no idea things to purchase, that's why your the client plus they are said to be the "SKILLED"!
