Rude customer service

I had been handled within an incredibly rude and condescending approach. It's not the primary Verizon shop, but a knockoff. Because it is handy to my office, I went there to buy a brand new battery for my mobile phone.

The worker I talked with stated instantly that since my telephone was no further being produced, they didn't possess a battery for this.
