I bought a mobile phone in Julyat the Verizon shop situated in BJ's Factory in East Setauket, Ny. The seller/sales consultant (T. Velez) required the battery from the new mobile phone and changed it with another battery. That battery would not maintain its costs for no further than 4 hours without needing the mobile phone. When the cellphone can be used, the battery might just last in the most 2 hours. I delivered towards the shop in October 07 and handled exactly the same merchant who initially offered me the telephone. I described the issue and requested him to displace the battery because it is annoying to possess to cost the brand new telephoneis battery every single day. He got the phone from me, exposed it and changed the battery with another phoneis battery. I expected him if he'd impress a brand new battery within the telephone. He responded yes. A couple of days later, I started to go through the same issue. This time around, I adopted his directions and visited the primary Verizon shop situated in Lake Grove, NY. The client consultant examined the telephone. He appeared in his pc for that revenue day of the telephone after which explained he could not help me since the battery within the telephone is 24 months old, after dark guarantee. I had been cut from the sales person. And felt cheated. He was shady and dishonest.
