Faroutdeals ripoff paid for cd's, can't get a reply from them

I ordered cd's form this company on 12/23/04. They said I would receive them in 3 or 4 weeks. It has been almost 8 weeks now and I can't even get a reply from them. Three weeks ago I e-mailed them and told them I hadn't received them yet. They wrote me back the first day and told me that it got lost in transit but I should receive them in a couple of days. I have e-mailed them every single day since then and I can't even get a reply from them at all. They do not have a phone # posted on the web page just the address! Thanks
