Has not shipped product in the promised time and will not return emails or phone messages Ripoff

We ordered a red 150cc Utility for our son's birthday. We had previously ordered a 50cc meerkat from them and everything went fine. About 11 weeks ago we paid for the red 150cc Utility and it was supposed to be shipped within 6 weeks.

When it didn't show up we emailed the company to try and find out when it would be sent. We sent them the order # to make things simplier for them. We never received a reply.

When we typed in the order # to check for ourselves our ATV was changed from red to dark green. We then emailed a 2nd time asking when we were to receive it and if it would be the right color. Still, we did not receive a reply.

For the past 3 weeks we have emailed and left phone messages about every other day and have never gotten a reply.
