Remii Sanitary Underwear Fraudulent deceptive corrupt inaccessible paypal

Back in early July I ordered some underwear from Remii, thank God I only ordered one pair because I'm only out $11, but I really feel sorry for the ones who ordered more from this company.

After waiting over a week I never got any conformation of the order so I e-mailed them with no reply, but I did receive a conformation e-mail.
Almost 3 weeks later I hadn't received the product so I sent them another e-mail with no reply.
Then I got an e-mail from PayPal stating the transaction had been completed and gave me a tracking number, I figured ok, they're just a slow shipper.

After another 2 weeks I kept checking the routing number and all it said was that they had sent an electronic notification that they would be receiving the item for shipment. I wrote them another e-mail asking what the hold up was and never got a response.

Finally, after waiting another week, I decided to file a complaint with PayPal to which PayPal stated that too much time had elapsed and as far as they where concerned the transaction was complete.
