I ordered a box set and was told 1-3 weeks delivery. After 4 weeks I contacted them via the website (the only option)
They did not reply. I wrote everyday for 2 weeks and then the final email said I was reporting them to the relevant authorities. They replied to me saying they were sorry and they would re-ship my order and would take 3 weeks. I asked for my money back but had no reply. What a scam!!
