MY mother was lied and tricked into siging a Direct TV contract. She has DISH and was told the two companies were merging and she is getting a great deal.
She realized they lied once they started removing her DISH Network equipment. She cancelled immediately, but they will not stop trying to bill her for early cancellation even though she tried within 24 hours.
She lives in a Senior trailer park in Roseville, CA that does not allow salesmen in the park. I have submitted a claim to their finance department, but no response at FAX# 877-580-2148.
