Door-to-Door Salesman Switched Me From DirecTV Under False Pretenses

Had a sales guy come to my door saying he was working for both direct tv and dish-network to make my bill smaller. So on signing the paper work, thinking that they have came together, I was switched from direct tv to dishnetwork which was not what I wanted. Come to find out direct tv and dish were not working together and it was a scam! I've been getting harassed by dishnetwork even after I had an attorney look into it.
