My advice to all who cross paths with this organization is to turn the other way, immediately. The company is run by a husband-and-wife team who put on a front of niche industry expertise and strong personal attention, but neither is further from the truth. There are plenty of other strong, more financially sound professional recruiting organizations out there headed by professional businessmen and women who are true industry experts. Morningstar Resource Group is nothing more than a sales floor staffed by salespeople who will stretch the limits of business ethics in order to close a deal. If you're seeking to make a hire, this is not who you want recruiting for your company. If you're looking for a job, this is not the direction to go.
