An absotule joke on warranty coverage... Always trying to find a way not to pay... After their recent class action lawsuit loss, I changed from their coverage to another company that has greart review

American Home Shield is a fraud and looking only to avoid making payments on items they have already approved under their coverage. I was with them for over 10 yrs with various properties that I have owned, and have had nothing but huge push backs and denials whenever I made claims for repairs... Their contractors are absolutely unqualified to make judgements on the various claims you submit, which results in denials for almost all you submit for repairs. This is part of Service Masters, Inc. And is an a disgrace for this company to have this segment of their portfolio... Do not join this group, and if you need confirmation regarding this charge, you can reach me at this is not a good company to do business with in anyway you may imagine... If you like to argue, fight and lose your cool on the phone, then this is a company you would love to be with... Ugh!!!
