May 21st 2013. Attempted to exchange a pair of white ankle skinny jeans (size 3) for a larger pair. I bought them three days ago.initially told to go into the store and look for the size I wanted. Couldn't find them anywhere and I had already spent 10 mins looking. So the customer service rep told me I could have a return instead. Then after looking at my receipt told me the barcode was illegible so couldn't be scanned. And because I had paid by cash the only thing they could do was give me $15 on a gift card. This was even though the receipt clearly showed I had bought the jeans for $22.99! So I walked out of Target with no replacement jeans and out of pocket $8. Great customer service guys. And I wont be using the gift card as I doubt I will be going back.
