Simple Request

Yesterday I exchanged an item at the Gap Outlet in Dawsonville, Georgia for a larger size. The cashier gave me a receipt for the size exchange. This morning when I tried on my outfit the security sensory was on the item. I drove down to the Gap in Peachtree City, the closest Gap to my home. I explained to the young woman who assisted that the cashier at the Dawsonville Gap Outlet forget to remove the sensor and asked if she could remove it. I had my original receipt and the one for the exchange in the bag with the items. The young woman said "We don't normally do this, but I will do it today." I looked at her and thought to my self no matter where I had purchased a Gap item any Gap store should be able to assist a Gap customer. I am not sure but I think she was the manager. I should have gotten her name, because I would have put it in this complaint. She needs her bosses to explain to her how to treat all Gap customers!!! With her demeanor she will not last long!!! Gap Peachtree City you have lost a customer!
