Damaged merchandise not replaced

I requested and obtained a $300 set of audi speakers, which came broken. The organization (Teptronics) was approached and provided me alternative or credit. I requested the broken audio be changed. They decided to substitute the set, having me deliver them back at their price, and emailed me declaring a brand new pair could be delivered out your day the broken pair were obtained within their factory. It's been 14 days because the following confirmation suggested they obtained the broken product, I've not obtained substitutes, they CAn't be attained by telephone, nor answer my emails. The initial cargo came in 10 times. Though a photograph of the storefront are available on google-routes, it seems they're not trustworthy to cope with. I'm processing a scam statement with Ny state Attorneygeneral's office.
