Package and product were damaged and sent with no insurance

This is actually the next bundle that I've obtained from their store which was broken. This time around the item inside was broken. They'd another organization deliver the bundle also it wasn't covered. The postoffice might do-nothing and also the organization that delivered the bundle hasn't delivered my mail. I send letters to both businesses but to date haven't gotten an answer. I believe e-commerce is just a fraud to have gone broken merchandice or poor material. Until they get this to right I'll not purchase from their website again. Buyer avoid the corporation. I'd be interested to understand if other people received damaged packages.
