Scott Sent Back Broken Heller sent broken earphone back as per lifetime guarantee. They said they received broken pair and gave me return auth #. Did not send replacement pair and refuse to answer 6 emails

I sent back a broken pair of skullcandy earbuds to the company as per their lifetime guarantee. They emailed me a return merchandise authorization number. I sent them back and got confirmation of receipt of broken product. They claim that they sent replacement pair but no employee can obtain tracking number. After 6 or 7 emails to Scott Heller at the company, I have received no response. I guess I have been scammed.
