They Robbed me for my 36' T-V AND STAND that I paid for in full, have my receipts, origienal contract, pictures, witnesses

On July 17-04 I Brought a rent to buy 36'T-V and stand from rent a center the T-V and stand is delivered to my house, making payments on time, a few monthes went by me and my girl friend broke up and I moved back to new jersey, i infromed rent a center that i was moving back to new jersey. Can you please come pick up your t-v and stand. The rent a center came to pick up the t-v and stand. So i moved to new jersey and keep on making regular payments.

2006 i moved back to new york and completed my payment for my T-v and stand, i ask the rent a center to deliver my T-v and stand to my new address. After a long period of time of them not delivering my t-v and stand i went to the store and ask them what is the problem with the delivery. They stated to me we are very busy so i ask the man can i see my t-v and stand. They said is this your t-V it was wrapped in plastic i said it looks like it, where is the papper work when i first brought it, ' they said we would have to look for it because the company change hands with managers. So i ask to see my stand and they told me it's down stairs,

The following week they brought a t-V to my house with out my stand, i called the place and ask where is my stand and they said it's broken. So i left the t-v on the floor because i had no stand to put it on,

Three weeks later i got up enough money to buy a stand and got a friend to help me put the t-v on the stand thats when i notice after taken the plastic wrap off that, that was not the t-v i order. I called the rent a center to let them know about the wrong t-v and they said we can, t help you thats what you purchased. I told them i want them to take this t-v back and want all my money back with interest.
