The Nordstom stores, North Park Mall and North East Mall, in Dallas and Fort Worth, TX have exceptional customer service and employees. I have worked a lifetime in customer service management and rarely have positive feedback to share. I was so impressed that I contacted the corporate office and I got a reply that they shared my e-mail at their corporate meeting. Nordstoms sets the example for what customer service should be.
