Customer Service - good service

I was at the Dick's Store in Milbury, MA. Yesterday and I was very impressed with the customer service. From the person at the front asking if I needed help to the cashier as I was leaving, the customer service was outstanding. I have been in the retail business for over 30 years. Unfortunately customer service has been going downhill. It was nice to see friendly, helpful, and smiling at this store. I have been to other Dick's stores and the service is okay. My compliments to the management team and the employees at the Milbury store.
