Arden B TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - customer service

On their receipt they have "win a $250 Arden B gift card if you share your feedback today" - well I entered the link ardenb.com/feedback as it says on the receipt and it never pulls up. Arden B has nice clothes sometimes but the customer service is awful, especially at the Galleria Mall in Cambridge, MA and their rewards program is not well defined for the customers. Their employees do not explain policy well enough and when you ask, they give you an attitude. They have terrible service and out of principle, me nor my daughters will ever go back.
