Ripoff, unclean rooms, bad customer service!

I checked in this hotel, the room was very nasty, all over! Then, my maid service was on thurdays, no maid shows up! Reported this to the manager, the area manager & the corporate office. Received two free days! The same thing happened the next thursday, no maid service! Now the last incident was, i need my key charged, in the middle of the night, the office is open 24/7 but i was told i would have to wait 30 minutes to get my key charged. I received bad customer service from the employee & he was rude.
