Ripoff fradulent billing

Cox started billing for cable services that were not provided or asked for without authorization. When the matter was reported and information was requested as to how this happened they were evasive.

I am not convinced that the problem is rectified and will not happen again.

I am frustrated that this happened and the company is hiding behind some dishonest telemarketer. They decline to identify the telemarketer or produce any proof of authorization.
