On Feb. 25, I requested LCD Display for my Cannon Videocam from Device City.

On March, I obtained a mutilated bundle, with no packaging slip, that involved an item that I've no idea what it's.

On March 25, I sent to discover when Device City might deliver my purchase.

Since that time, I've responded to everyday emails and leaped through hoops to show the merchandise they delivered was theirs. They actually created a request me to come back ship their item at my cost. Could you envision?

Device City hasn't provided an apology. Or delivered the purchase. Or provided a return.

It's unfortunate that businesses exist-such as Device City where the client is handled just like a crook along with a liar. And wherever customer support is non existent.

You're taking odds whenever you buy from Device City. I would recommend which you look for a more trustworthy organization.
