Bad service

I bought an Asus eeePC that had an irregular Bios issue that was about the first time. After calling them-they delivered me mail informing me they'd substitute the system _ BEST OF LUCK -

After operating for 1.5 hours towards the shop the, the support guy stated that since the device was sporadic they'd must maintain it and examine it after which deliver it to ASUS for repairs if need. Nothing was provided so far as an upgraded device.

Many emails have just accomplished an apology but nothing on the substitute. I eventually delivered the entire device back again to ASUS and am expecting their response.

So far as anitec. Customer beware. After they have your hard earned money that is it. You possess the merchandise.

Lesson learned, wish others may take advantage of these details.
