I pay the majority of my bills online. My credit card payment for my purchase from Woman Within is due on April 11. I went to pay it online today, April 10, and was charged a $10.00 "convenience fee, " even though I paid my bill on time. I understand that it would not be credited on a Sunday, but my bill is due on a business day. This is completely outrageous. The interest rate for this credit card is 24.99 percent. This is greedy enough, but to charge you a fee to pay your bill online the day it is due is completely unacceptable. I will never place an order with this company again.
