Terrible Customer Service, cancelled time sensitive job hours before job was to be done

I made a reservation with this company five days in advance and received an email stating that my time and service was reserved. Come the day of service, I waited 45 minutes for the crew to show up before calling gAuto. I reached someone named Christian Lamar who informed me that he needed to reschedule the service for the next day. I made this reservation because the vehicle's location that they were supposed to clean was time sensitive as it ("it" is a mobile office. Basically a tour bus) was due to depart the next day and I was flying in a specialized driver to transport the vehicle.

After some rearranging of flights and hotels, I was able to accept the change in schedule but asked for a guarantee that the work would be done the next day and done by noon. Christian Lamar GUARANTEED me that this would be true.

Later that evening, I receive another call from Christian. The time of day was nearly 7pm. Well past normal business hours. Christian stated that he couldn't get anyone out that night to clean the bus (we had discussed getting any work done the day of the reservation and he said that due to circumstances, that it was impossible. I don't know why he even stated that there wasn't anything available that night) and that he wouldn't be able to fulfill the reservation the next day as well, thus canceling the order.

Because he called so late, I am unable to arrange for another company to do the work. Not only that, but I am out the money it took to rearrange the travel for my specialized driver. This company cost me money and embarrassed me.
