They couldn't find anything I asked for. I also put my name in and that of my husband, and found a limited result... Mine with the right address and his with the wrong town. 5 minutes later when I put our names in again, it came up with no report available. When I called Customer (dis) service the rude woman there said that couldn't happen. I told here it did and she might want to have someone look into it and she still said it didn't happen. I said "are you saying I'm lying about this? She said no, but she was! I told her to cancel and she said ok, but has not done so. I called paypal and they said the money had not been paid yet and the lady there put a stop to it. I'm just very glad to have the extra protection of paypal.
