Paid $250 for support agreement. Salesman said it was easiest way which I really could stop anytime. He explained how and wherever they'd apply. They arrived and sprayed in 1 container despite what salesman claimed was required. Were here significantly less than 10 minutes. I still had bugs. I called and so they returned. This time around they sprayed around toilet and kitchen surfaces, no in wall spray. I asked plus they sprayed in 1 container in room. Below significantly less than 10 minutes. Nevertheless had bugs. Ended support 14 days prior to visit. Arrived anyway. Having kitchen renovated and was not house, workmen allow them in. Charged $60. Named and sales stated they'd look after it. Received 2nd bill. Named supervisor 2x. No-return phone. Published letter. No solution. Converted into selection. Really unprofessional and shady to complete business in this way. Plus they did not eliminate the bugs!
