Rude, lazy, condescending, disrespectful & discriminating staff

Paid for a week at the hotel and when we arrived we noticed the TV was broken. So we called the front desk & were told a different one would be brought to us soon. A woman named Lisa has been extremely rude & not helpful at all. My husband went to the front desk to ask her about the TV, for the 10th time, & she completely ignored him. There were other guests around and she was nice to them, but treated him like a dog. An hour or so after we arrived we found roaches all over the room. We called & asked for the room to be sprayed & Lisa hung up on us. Finally, a woman came to our room, she's supposed to be head of house keeping and told us we were lying that we broke the TV ourselves. We've asked to switch rooms because they refuse to spray for bugs and we were looked at like we were crazy. Also, no one has come to clean or bring toilet paper. We went to the front desk to ask for some and Lisa and the head of house keeping told us they are out and we'd just have to deal with it. I am utterly shocked by all of this. I've been in guest service my whole life I should work here. Then maybe people would actually enjoy their stay here. It's sad to see. If they're this miserable, why don't they find a different job?
