Extra Charge on Product That Does NOT Work!

Thymet came to my house and sprayed for ants and spiders that i specifically asked them to come out for. They came and sprayed the first time and it did not work. I called them back a second time and they sprayed for free, all within one month. I thought this was good and was gonna work. But no i found ants and spiders again and called them back 15 days after they sprayed the second time and they refused to do anything without me paying them another $50. They made a comment about all the rain and said it would not work on the eggs. I can understand if the bugs were outside but they are inside and the spray should have worked. I have overhang all around my house and it just doesn't make any sense. You would think they would try to make it right, but no they just wanted more money.
