LG EnV2 Cellular Phone For Verizon RED VX9100

I buy this cell phone called LG EnV2 Cellular Phone For Verizon RED VX9100 at GO WIRELESS in mesquite nv. Never had a customer agreement with them never in my tired life. I took in there to see what was wrong with it right the manager call his boss. Say that i have to buy a new cell phone i got my cell water. I never got it water never. Plus they are tell me they never sold it to me in jan 19. They told me u bring in the store and we turn it on for u. That not even true at all. I never had a cell phone in my life. Plus they are tell me to go to ebay site if i want the same cell phone all over again. To me this total bs i have the customer agreement, how much i buy from them the day i buy from them i wont even listen to me at all. I pay 90.37 buck on 19 of jan this year. Plus they said this phone been around 2008. They said they never had this phone in there store on top of also. Plus on customer agreement they spell my name total wrong also i think that is one of wrong mistake they did. Called me ray sylvester. Then calling me by my real name.

I am the customer what happend customer servicer. Treat people like this i think they need to replace them plus buy me a new phone all together i think they took my money all together i even called my banks see if there was any verizon taken out any of the changer was made there wasn't none jan i feel like i was rip off, they stole my money perido. I want to report this people to be taken care of. I want this taken care of. They people that work there are very rude. I ask for there head manager i cant give u the phone at all u can email that it.

I think that total wrong. I think there should be a reg manager and reg boss if there is any problems with the store. I am so very upset.By those 2 ppl that tell me you need buy new cell phone. That cell was all ready water damage when i buy i didnt. I thought that was the reg color.
