Damaged Home and Property

The company stained my brand new carpet and are not willing to cover the cost of the carpet cleaning. I specifically asked the movers not to roll their dolly into my home and when I was in the other room, they did so anyway. What I was left with was grease stains all over my carpet.

There were also foot prints on my mattress box spring with broken wood inside, which clearly shows their employees are careless with others belongings and feel completely comfortable walking all over peoples items.

My nice glassware that was packed very well to ensure it would not break was delivered as boxes of shards of glass.

The desk that I moved was chipped and broken in several areas. This company is difficult to work with and unprofessional. The fact that they don't take responsibility for any damage their employees do to you home if inexcusable. When speaking with their claims department I was told, “They can break windows if they want to.”
