Won't cover insurance! Don't believe them!

This moving company broke several items during the move, but most of all damaged my new home bringing items in (see list below).

This moving company did not respond to emails, left both my wife and I on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time, as well as telling us "someone will get back to us..". Yeah, right.

I finally spoke to Andrew regarding the situation. Andrew stated that the damage to the HOUSE would have to be covered by our home owners insurance; they would cover furniture damage only. This is not acceptable since the damage TO the house was done by Allways Moving movers, and the reason we chose this company is because Allways Moving advertised that they were licensed and insured.

BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY, DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO RECTIFY INSURANCE PROBLEMS. I am now in touch with the AZ Insurance Fraud.

Cement broken off at front door entrance from dolly
Casita entrance metal at entrance is bent from moving items into that room
Numerous wall nicks in stairway hall, master bedroom, master bedroom door scratch across bottom
Sweat / dirt in main hallway, stairwell, upstairs hallways
Torn carpet from dragging wall unit across the carpet
Chips off computer desk that was moved into Casita
Kitchen chair nicked edge of top corners of the chair back
