After having my cream-colored —wall to wall-carpet cleanedon July 13 and again on July 16—I had many brown stains allover living room & Hall way. Dennis Myers came and statedthat the stains from "over-wetting—was impossible". Mr Habermanand the manufacturer of the carpet—stated that the brownstains are a direct result of "over-wetting" of the carpet. (I purchased carpet from Floors USA—and Mr Haberman fromstore inspected the damaged carpet). I need to have an refund of $260.—which I paid to have my carpet damaged byA1Sparkles.
