Customer service department is an absolute joke

This is actually the 2nd period that I’ve requested Barnes and Respectable Gift-Cards online and didn't obtain. The very first time was 4 years back and that I could obtain a reimbursement for that purchase which was never obtained after many telephone calls.

This season I thought I try again. Big Mistake. I requested the things on November 30. Obtained a contact the products delivered on 12/3/09. Never received the things – meantime I’ve created numerous calls to monitor the deliveries, etc. The Customer Support division is definitely an utter laugh.

I had been told inconsistent tales – products delivered on 11/20/09 (peculiar since the purchase was created until 11/30), product delivered and really should obtain in 3-5 months) for giftcards). Product never delivered, etc, etc. Ultimately I required the purchase be ended which the gift-cards be voided. Was informed that I'd get a reimbursement in 3-5 times. Never occurred

After several, many telephone calls to Barnes and Noble, I got nowhere. Lastly submitted a challenge with this charge card business who needed care of the reimbursement.
