Egift Card never sent - W & D not solving it

I requested an egift card from Barnes and Noble, I then found out that it had been never obtained from the individual to whom it had been delivered - it had been really uncomfortable. Barnes and Noble got my cash but never sent the card. Looking to get it solved is just a frustration with Barnes and Noble because they are not answering the issue, all I obtain is just a we are also busy at this time. Contact us various other period.
