But once you sign up they jack up the rates because of some small print at the end of the commercial. After 6 months they raised my rates more than 10%.

Why do they say for a whole year, if it's not for a whole year? To purposely mislead you, that's why.

Bait and Switch. How they get away with it, I do not know.
