But once you sign up they jack up the rates because of some small print at the end of the commercial. After 6 months they raised my rates more then 10%.

Why do they say for a whole year, if its not for a whole year? To purposely mislead you, thats why.

Bait and Switch. How they get away with it, i do not know.
