Raised rates after assuring me I would receive same proce for two years

I signed up for a two-year contract for both Dish network 100 channels and Chinese programming. The Dish Network rep said I would receive a set rate with a two-year commitment. Now, a few months later, they want to increase my bill. I called the number and informed the low-level CSR that I was promised a rate for two years and that's all I will pay. I asked her to make that notation in my account.
