Did not deliver flowers on Valentine's Day per purchase

Anahiem Florist took an order on Friday 2-11 to deleiver flowers on Valentines day 2-14. At 2:00 when flowers were not delivered several calls were made by the initiating florist as they had a note needed to be delivered by 4:00 due to it was being delivered to a business. Anahiem florist never answered the phone and the floweres were never delivered.

Why take an order you can not or decide not to respond to. The payment was made in cash up front for the flowers, wire fee and delievery. It is a rip off not to have an order deliverd like this when the company is in the buisness to do so. I will never get a second chance at this event as it has come and went.
