Internet Only, Not a local florist

I was also a victim of this company which hints that they are a local florist as that is what I was looking for when I wanted to purchase a floral display for delivery in Walworth Wisconsin. When I placed the order the operatior was VERY good when I referred to access to local information such as where my wife's uncle was laid out, etc, even stated that she was taking messages while the florist was out of the office. Guess what, there is no "florist", just a boiler room operation pretending to be one. The display as created by the real local florist was pretty, but not as large as the one represented in the picture. It was in a vase, not on an easel. The kicker is that they charged sales tax on the order although they are obviously not in Wisconsin or in Illinois where I placed the order from. I am pursuing this as I believe that it is illegal to collect money for "sales tax" that they obviously are not going to pay to any government entity. Bottom line, if you are looking for FTD, use them... If you seek a "local florist", keep looking.
