Failure to place headstone on grave after seven months

In July my mom died and her stays were hidden at Burningtree Memorial Gardens (BMG). Our parents had prepaid due to their website and guns a long time back. At that time of her moving the team At BMG suggested the gun could be in position within fourteen days. I delivered to Decatur three months later to locate an unmarked grave.

After numerous telephone calls in the last many months nothing has occurred. Every time a employee suggests it'll be about the plot in a couple of days. After my phone today I'm worried they don't plan to spot the gun on my momis serious and could have monetary problems.

At this time we're not seeking a state despite the fact that my dad is awfully troubled that after 6 months his spouse of 65 years is based on an unmarked grave. We merely need the gun in position as suggested (and taken care of) at that time of her death.
