Neglience of duty

My father died on the above date and was buried in the above mentioned cementary. They were suppose to cover his grave with sod. It has been over 6 months and his grave sight looks worse now than it did when he was buried. We have spoken with Isaac several times as well Tony and Jerry Bowman and been assured that they would have the sod placed that afternoon. We have waited a few days and gone up to check and still no sod. We have to take a gallon of water and a brush to wash off DADDY'S head stone where all the red mud has washed up on it. This is ridiculous and very disrespectful to our father. When I took mother up there last week she was devasted and has been in a depression and staying in the bed crying. We have been very patience but enough is enough. I guess it is going to take a lawsuit to get a gravesight sodded when we have been promised for over 6 months it would be. Unfortunately we own three more plots in that same cementary.
